Cezary Wolski is a tax adviser (registered with number 10273) and has also a certificate which authorizes him to bookkeeping (a certificate no 30498/02). He is a graduate of the Warsaw University, the faculty of Law and Administration. Following his career interests he graduated from the Postgraduate Tax Study at the Higher School of Banking in Poznan, then the Postgraduate Accountancy Study at the Higher School of Finance and Management in Warsaw and postgraduate studies with Finance and Enterprise Taxation specialization at the Warsaw School of Economics. To broaden his knowledge on finance, he graduated from Postgraduate Study at Finance and Management College at the Warsaw School of Economics. Simultaneously with deepening theoretical knowledge he was becoming virtually familiar with the consequences of complexities and vagueness in Polish legislation within tax law, both from tax bearer's and tax authorities' point of view. He was gaining experience on tax issues in the Second Tax Office in Warsaw, then he was using this knowledge in PKP S.A. (State Polish Railway Plc), auditing company Moore Stephens Smoczynski and Partners Ltd, and in the Lawyer's Office conducted by dr Dariusz Kossakowski ( a legal adviser ) which is a member of international network Moore Stephens International Legal Network. In his career he was dealing with executive proceedings (working in court bailiff's office) and with economic law in Hotele Warszawskie Syrena Sp. z o.o. (Warsaw Hotels Siren Ltd.), before he has focused on tax law. Due to gained professional experience he uses general legal and economic knowledge in tax advisory.
